Neuvation Wheel Protection Plan
Extra protection for your wheels can now be purchased when you order the wheels. For a fee of about 10% (for alloy wheels - a lot more for carbon) of the sales price (this will vary depending upon current pricing) you can insure that your wheels will be protected from accidents and crashes for a period of two years.What’s included.

- · Normal wear is to be expected and will not be covered (note alloy cassette bodies all develop grooves and this is considered normal wear).
What’s not included.
- · Freight ($40 round trip).
- · Abuse.
How it works: Purchase the wheels at the same time you place your order and add on the protection program. If you have a problem, contact us for a return authorization and send the wheel back to use with a note the problem. Please send the wheels to the address below. We will determine whether or not to replace or repair the wheel.
How long is it good for? Two years from the date of purchase.
Note that this is not a part of the Neuvation Warranty. Any products we feel are defective in any way are covered under our warranty policy.
Abuse: Note that this is not a license to willfully break products (sorry to have to put this in but there is always a very small percentage of people out there who feel the need to do something like that). At any point, Neuvation reserves the right to give a full refund for the wheels and thereby terminate this agreement.
