DT Swiss Rear 190 Ceramic Hub Excellent for any road use including racing, cross, tri, or training. Light and strong from one of the best component makers in the industry. The 190 rear ceramic bearing hubs use four hybrid ceramic bearings that have a very low contact seal and uses a very light oil instead of grease for lubrication. The combination of the low contact seal, light lubrication, and high quality bearings result in lower rolling resistance. These use the same star ratcheting cassette body system as the 240's. These are for someone who only wants the very best and lightest hubs and is willing to pay for it. I visited the DT Swiss factory about 10 years ago. The first thing I noticed was the location. Right in the middle of all of the name brand Swiss watch factories. The Swiss have long been known for a passion bordering on a phobia for quality. DT Swiss products reflect the same passion for quality that you see in Swiss watches. Even very small quality problems are simply not tolerated. 190 grams and comes in 24,28, and 32 hole options. 100 mm spacing. Quick Release, 15 mm alloy axle, steel washers on end caps. Available in either Shimano/Sram or Campy cassette body.
