Warranty Neuvation Product

Neuvation products are covered under a one year manufacturers defect warranty or under the two year wheel protection plan. If you have a product that is covered under warranty, fill out the warranty form by first clicking on the add to cart button above. That will get you into the shopping cart. In the order instruction box write in the nature of the problem and continue with check out. A fee of $6 is arbitrarily charged for the return freight when we ship the fixed product back to you. It may be waived or increased depending on circumstances. We will notify you if they are increased and will bill them when we ship back the fixed product.

Be sure to print out a copy of the order and include it with the returned product. We will also have a copy here so will coordinate it with the return. Without it, we will not know what to do with the returned product. Please write the order number in the shipping address as follows.
